Just be careful on hills and uneven surfaces. When I was a kid, my grandfather broke his leg pushing a wheelbarrow when he slipped going downhill and tipped it.
PS.) When no one heard him shouting, he decided to crawl to the hospital at the end of the street. He got about 200 yards before someone picked him up and drove him to the ER. Maybe that's where I get my high pain tolerance from.

I've been on a bit of a 1arm dumbell lift rage as of late and hit a couple of new pr's:
200lb, 2" handle 1 arm deadlift left hand, 202.5lb right hand.
120lb regular handle 1 arm power snatch right and left hand each.
95lb 2" handle 1 arm power snatch left and 100lb right hand (attempted 2.5 lbs heavier with each hand, but 2" handle kept slipping away).

Matt,
All lifts done with dumbell.
Yes - 1 hand deadlift done suitcase style.
I should clarify for all interested - my dumbells are custom dumbells i made myself. They are 30" long and i have sleeves of various diameter AND lengths to vary the handle-type as i see fit. The basic configurations are as follows:
1", 2" and 2.5" sleeve diameters, each in lengths of 6", 12", 18". i also have 3" diameter sleeves in 6" lengths only.
In the case of the pr's listed in my previous post, i used the sleeve diameters listed in 6" lengths.
