hi i have a question about whey protein. I know that you are supposed to take this right after a workout, but does this mean immediately after or can there be some time between the workout and when u take the protein? i was just wondering becuase for me it is not always available immediately after my workout. If anyone knows and can help me out i would really appreciate it. Thank you
It should be pretty soon after. It's not like you need to go speeding home or anything. I would think within half an hour is fine. Maybe even an hour. Most people seem to think the shake before is better. Personally I do before and after. That seems to be the best. You could always take some with you. I know after I lift I like to go home have a shake, hydrate and let myself cool off a little.
