Today I competed in my first 10k, and got a time of 48:04.

I forgot to post yesterday...so i will make up for it today
Yesterday-
Squat 2x8 of 235 lbs
Lunge 2X8 of 155 lbs
Calf Raise 2X10 of 265 lbs
Bench Press 2X8 175 lbs
SLDL 2x8 135 lbs
Bent over rows 2X135 lbs
And today...I did a nice hilly run for 55 mins, at a pace of probably around 8 min miles. Nice! Also some stomach work before the run, quickly followed by 2 protein shakes. I am hoping that will cure the burning up of my muscles.
Yesterday-

Wow...few people must post their workouts on here. I think I am going to start doing it because it is easier for me to keep track than to write it down.
Today I changed it up, an upper body workout. This is what it was-
DB bench press- 2x10 65 lbs each
DB shoulder press- 2X10 45 lbs each
DB bent over row- 2x9 90 lbs per arm
Pull-ups- 2x10 body weight
Close grip underhand pull ups 2x10 bodyweight
Curls 2X8 45 lbs each arm
Bench dipping- 2x9 with 50lbs on lap
Tomorrow should be a nice run- I am wondering to do a hilly run or a level run!
