Position of the Scapula

Post by paul_k » Sat Oct 13, 2007 1:51 am

could someone explain what the position of the Scapula should be in this exercise?
Does it follow the move or it should stay squeezed and as close as possible to the VERTEBRAL COLUMN

Just looking at the picture, it follows the move. True, you can't see the scapula, but if it was fixed back squeezed, the shoulder would never get get that far forward as in the picture. Also, the whole idea of that moveis to target the area the scapula is in and to get all the intrinsics in there. Yes, let it move.
