Bull dog complexes

Post by TimD » Sun Apr 20, 2008 11:13 am

I was browsing the net looking at various things, and went to you tube to see if anyone posted up new BB, DB or kettlebell complexes. Looking for new ideas, and I ran across a video entitled "Bulldog Complexes", and I was wondering what in the heck is this? This guy goes into his garage, grabs his 65 lb bull dog, and starts doing a leg complex w/ it. The dog didn't seem to mind at all. Nex time someone says they want to work out but gives the usual "But I don't have any equipment" I think I'm going to link that video.

I wonder if he could work up to Saint Bernard complexes, or maybe Great Dane overhead squats. :-)

It's always important to clean your neapolitan mastiff too! Those wrinkles can be trouble.

Hey, start with them as puppies, in a couple of years you'll build up to serious loading!
