I dont know if this is a stupid question but would doing front babrell raises be a good way to work the lateral delts too? just like military presses do a good job with lateral delts?
PS: i really need an answer as soon as possible because i workout today.

The workout templates separate front and side deltoid exercises, so my guess is that neither exercise is really good at targeting the side (lateral) deltoid

try doing dumbbell raise
