About Barbell Hack Squat

I have a simple question about BB hack squat..I want to put some legs exercise for growing strength level on condition that safety and effective.
I only want to know that, it is possible to grow my strength level on legs
only doing BB hack squat and power clean??

Depending on the level you are at, yes you can. Everything works, nothing works forever.

What do you mean,{on the level you are at}??
you mean how much Kg i lift??

If you are a beginner, you will progress easily regardless of how you train. As you improve it will be harder to make gains. You will need to use more effective exercises, like back squats, front squats, deadlifts, etc.

so what exactly you want to say that it is not enough for strenght training,right?
if you possible could you write me the routine for legs including power clean and bb hack squat?

No, I can't write you a leg routine. It depends on too many things I don't know about. What I think is good may be too much for you or not enough.

In general I like power cleans for warm up, then alternate Back Squats and Romanian Deadlifts in one workout with Deadlifts and Front Squats in another. Occationally substitute single leg exercises for these. Finish with calves. I like 5x5 ramped sets. I usually put power cleans into upper body days. It's like a light lower body exercise and helps with conditioning.

If you only want to do the 2 exercises you mentioned, do cleans first. However, I think you could add front squats and deadlifts without needing a squat rack and you would get a better workout.

yeah,im going to put this 4exercise deadlift,front squat,power clean and
BB hack squat for my leg and strength!
