i cannot be defeated - Ivan Drago, Rocky IV. I find it helps when busting your gut on a treadmill to visualise that training montage where Ivan's on the treadmill and they're cracking up the incline... or you could be Balboa on the mountain, personally i think Drago's cooler.
pain don't hurt - Swayze's character, Road House. (terrible film but worth a watch, one of those "so bad it's good" numbers)
