warm up( usually walking around talking to people:))...i put on my mp3 player and go to work...
dips(un weighted) 2x15 1xfailure
seated cable crossovers:70-12-15 3x
then i go home and drink 40gms whey-5 gms creatine,around60gms simple carbs.
then i shower and go back to the gym to go to work....
