Since I've been weightlifting I've put on a ton of muscle mass, but I'm starting to think I'd look a lot better if my neck was a bit bigger. My vanity is compelling me to do something about it. I was basically planning on doing the necksercises (see what I did there?) listed in the exrx.net directory.
My questions would be:
How many sets/reps would stimulate the muscles in the neck? 3x5 heavy or something like that doesn't seem like the best idea.
Should I do the exercises super-slow? Seems like speed would be a bad idea...
Any particular exercises you guys would recommend?
