Even to my non-secular friends
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah.
And to both my secular and non-secular friends, may your new year be filled with personal records, greater gains, and the new year resolutionors staying the hell out of your way while you continue to train.
Pete, may your opponents receive more damage than you do.
Doc, may you get another 300 lbs of iron in your Papua gym.
Tim, Stephen, I hope your memory doesn't continue to fade.
Maiden, I hope you live up to your dedication and talent.
Ironman, I hope you can learn to be brutally honest.
Thanks for another good year of listening to me ramble and muse.
2009 Goals
450 raw bench
550 squat - belt only

I celebrate Christmas. I came from a Catholic family so it is part of my culture. Presents, trees, feasts, decorations, spending time with the family and all those traditions were around long before Christianity. Songs about Jesus don't bother me. It's just part of our culture. I love the Christmas Carol. Tiny Tim can bless everyone he wants to.
So I say Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate it. Happy Hanukkah to all our Jewish friends, Happy Kwanza to those who celebrate that. Happy holidays to everyone who has a holiday this time of year and a warm season greeting to those who celebrate no holidays at this time.

Well, I'll throw in my greetings while it is still Christmas here (it's currently mid-day on Christmas day).
May each of your celebrations bring joy to you and to those around you. Eat without guilt. Laugh. Sing. Smile.
May the new year bring new beginnings, continued progress and growth.
Here we say, "Amamas lo' Krismas, na hepi niu yia." (Joy for Christmas and happy new year.)
