My latest split routine

I've decided to change my training split again. My new routine will look like this:

Monday - delts, upper traps, abs/obliques
Tuesday - back, biceps, forearms
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - chest, triceps, abs/obliques
Friday - quads, hamstring, calves
Saturday - rest
Sunday - rest

I say "will", because I likely won't be back in a gym for at least another week or two.

This split is similar the a split routine I used to use where I trained chest/triceps/abs/obliques on Mondays, back/biceps/forearms on Tuesdays, delts/traps/abs/obliques on Thursdays and quads/hamstrings/calves on Fridays. However, by training chest before legs I ensure I'll never have to bench with soar erectors, or deadlift with soar traps (I deadlift on leg day).
