I just got back from a meeting, about 2 1/2 hours of speeches. This stuff seems like intelligent conversation to me.
I've decided to spend more of my time thinking about Debt Financed Distributions and Consolidated Cash Flow statements.

That may be a way to reduce the cost of oil/gas, I think I saw it proven on Myth Busters?!

Quick meal when your not very well prepared.
Bowl of Veggies plus whey shake + multi vit + fish oil...
This is what i'm eating just now. I bought the Veg at a supermarket at lunch time. 3 minutes in a microwave.
There's no excuse, really. I mean, that's all it takes. Doesn't exactly tantalise my taste buds but it does the job.

Lipton? Hell no. Salada brand, next batch I plan to buy will be 1lb of of japanese sencha green tea.
