Silly me, I was thinking flat bed, because she won't reach the 2nd K.

So it's not so much a 5K run as a 5K waddle?

I just got back from a meeting, about 2 1/2 hours of speeches. This stuff seems like intelligent conversation to me.
I've decided to spend more of my time thinking about Debt Financed Distributions and Consolidated Cash Flow statements.

Quick meal when your not very well prepared.
Bowl of Veggies plus whey shake + multi vit + fish oil...
This is what i'm eating just now. I bought the Veg at a supermarket at lunch time. 3 minutes in a microwave.
There's no excuse, really. I mean, that's all it takes. Doesn't exactly tantalise my taste buds but it does the job.

p.s I like this thread. Even if it is kind of like a face book wall

Sometimes I wonder if there was ever an old-time southern plantation owner who's last name was Bates. ... Think about it, what would the slaves call him?
