How to get bigger?
hi.... i never understand how to get bigger/look bigger.... i haf a very high metabolism so that means i burn calories really fast.... it lowered after my snowboarding accident and now its quite high..... i got a lil bigger after but now it has stopped....... is there anyway to get myself bigger?

i got into a brain injury last year and the side effects are bothering me to do other sports i like[rugby, hockey, bball, etc.] so i go to the gym everyday thats the reason i gotta do a split workout heres my split workout plan..... people please comment on it... thx in advance!
-Day 1-
Main(a)
Dumb Bell Bicep Curl
Tricep Kickback
Lat pull down
Peg Fly
Alternate(b)
Concentrated Curl
Push Down
Seated Row
Vertical chest press
*Vertical Leg-Hip Raises on both main and alternate
-Day 2-
Main(a)
Side Raises
Sled Hack Squat
Alternate(b)
Seated Rear Lateral Raise
Leg Curl
Leg Extension
Calf Raises
Three sets each exercise in rotation

+1 cup of h0m0 milk within the 30min after working out

Hmm-m-m...many young lifters at my gym ask me how to get bigger. I guess my age, combined with a lean 225 lbs. makes me a calling card. I usually tell them: Stop coming to the gym 6 days-a-week for 3 hours each day, stay off the machines, stick with compound movements, heavy weight, and lower rep ranges, pyramiding on each set. Oh..and stop binge drinking, eating $h1t from McDonalds, and staying up all night.

Swap out McD's for Wendy's and I'm out there too. Man, this makes me want to go get a Classic double, 2 Jr. Bacon's, and a 10 piece nugget at Midnight.
