Post by Kenny Croxdale » Mon Jul 06, 2009 6:42 am

Living The Low Carb Life by Dr Johnny Bowden is a good read for anyone interested. Bowden review the various low carbohycrate diets.

Bowden notes that one of the keys to health is low triglycerides, high HDL and not spking insulin.

Bowden states for those who like simplicity, stay with vegetables of color, dark and bright color...lot os antioxidents and very few calories.

Ever since I began eating a paleo diet, i've felt like going off into the forest with nothing but a spear to hunt some animal and eat it raw lol

I think people who have a fatty body and wanted to loose weight should read this book. As you have said, the book will educate and give people the hope they needed to have so that they could change their life forever.

I think people who would like me to ban 180.191.37.0/24 should come back and drop a spam link in their post. It might last all of a couple hours and score you a hit or 2. Not a very cost effective use of your time methinks.
