Why? Seriously, why do you want to train your abs?

nothing wrong with wanting a six pack!

Reverse curls are probably the only ab exercise I would do when there's no equipment. Or you could splash out on an ab roller.

No here's my regimen, I just want something to do before I go to bed that will eventually in a few months produce 6 pack like results, and will concurrently take no more then 10 minutes to perform a night.

-Late Afternoon- //Generally 5-6PM//
Mon – Chest 1hr
Tues - Back 1hr & (2.5 Mile Run)
Wed- 1hr Shoulders
Thurs –1hr Biceps & Triceps (2.5 Mile Run)
Fri – 20 Min Pushup Regimen
Sat & Sun - Rest
Daily : A Varied ABS exercise Every Day

Well, then, sorry. There ain't no such thing. "Six-pack" abs are related to low body fat.

That's a really ugly routine. Sorry, but it's awful. It's like a 6-way split, with no rest days. How's it working for you?

I'm not as negative as the good Doc, but he's right, it's more of a bodyfat percentage thing. That said, I incorporate some trunk work in in a warm up which consists of overheadsquats (you wouldn't believe how much this will shore up the truk region) and either hanging leg lifts (mostly hip flexors but does hit the abs) or some type of situp/crunch. Also, one arm lifts will set the body off center and hit your trunk/abs pretty well. The squats and deads take care of the rest.

Tim, I didn't mean that I'm against ab work. I was just saying that there isn't a 10-min ab routine that would give someone a 6-pack. Strong abs are important whether you can see the outline of the muscles in the skin or not.

Alright, well I certainly have low body fat. Is there a 20 minute ruitine perhaps.

And keep in mind, if its a 10 minute ruitine which wont show results in the near future, but after some time, say months, that is acceptable.

Have you been reading the replies? It's bodyfat first, and some direct heavy ab work if you are shinny, in COMBINATION with heavy squats and deads, which I can see by your OP you are not doing. Do them.
