For me, I can't honestly answer this. Techinically I lost more weight doing long distance cardio, but lately since I have been doing HIIT and weightlifting together it seems I am still loosing fat but not any weight. Any unbiased opinions? I added walking on the poll because I know more people who have lost weight walking more than all of the others!
I'd say weightlifting , and the combo with HIIT is a good thing for fat loss. Don't worry about total weight , throw out the scales. When using weights, especially when you are first starting, your total weight MAY stay constant while shedding fat due to several issues, lean weight gain, and usually in the beginning, some water retention.
