Hello,
I was wondering: if someone can't join a gym or can't afford to buy new dumbbells plates all the time or have no room for a bench or other equipment; would a serious training with just bodyweight workout work as well and produce good results concerning muscles growth?
Are weights really vital for muscle hypertrophy or you can use just bodyweight?

I have a chin-up bar installed in my dooway, I paid it 10$kidkurious wrote:It's possible, but you'll still need some sort of equipment.
You can always invest in a chin-up bar, which you can install in your doorway. It doesn't take up any space at all.
The only problem is that when I lift on the bar I'm so close to hitting the wall with my face :\
How can I use it? What kind of exercises?
Thanks for your replies
