Took some weight off to get back into it. Felt okay. Mostly nice just to get back in the gym
Dad's been squatting 205 the whole time I've been gone so I'm going to get him to do 210 next time

Weight before workout: 189 lbs - up about 25 lbs (very roughly) since beginning.

Finally able to get some squats below parallel w/ arched back!
From now on I think I'll be sticking with the high bar position and more upright torso - just much easier for me to get down

different handle than usual, just wanted to switch it up
not a bad workout, but I felt sluggish, mostly lack of sleep, stress, poor diet
