I get free health care because I'm in Canada and I don't need your spam.

Three weeks ago I went for a walk, I walked about one hour then all of a sudden I heard a snapping, popping sound coming from my calf muscle. I was in instant pain, I could not even step on my foot, the pain shot up through my leg. I hopped back to work, and to this day I am still in pain. No swelling, no bruise, I can walk but, I limp, I cannot put pressure on my foot and I miss my walks so much. Please I need help I drink lots of water, eat bananas, everything and the pain just won't go away. Just when I think its gone, it comes back if I put my foot a certain way. It's driving me nuts.. I guess I go see doctor if I cannot do this on my own..

1. You're posting on a very old thread. Just because it's about pain in the lower extremity and about not seeing a doctor when it's obvious that you should, your issues have nothing to do with the OP's.
2. What's the question?
3. Exactly why would you rather have guesses from the denizens of some exercise forum than the educated opinion of a professional?
4. See a doctor.
