Deadlift - form has been pretty poor recently so I dropped the weight

Really focused on keeping my back tight, since I had been rounding somewhat the last few times. this felt sort of hard. I might go back down and work up from 225.

Front squats felt amazing and don't challenge my current level of hip flexibility, so I will stick to those for a while.
