Any comments or questions welcome. I workout 5 days a week, some workouts have low to really low volume though to prevent overtraining. I'd rather do 5 shorter workouts than do 3 or 4 long ones.

Jeff, read your comments on grip width for sn DL. For deadlift only purposes, it doesn't really matter as long as its wide and out towards the collars. This will get your center of gravity lower and doits verload thing for you. Now, on the other hand, if your snatching or power snatching, the grip should be wide enough to be comfortable with the bar a couple of inches over your head. Something you just have to play with. The idea being the bar will start naturally higher and require a shorter pull to fix overhead.
Right now my grip is maybe 3-4 inches outside of the rings on a standard 45lb barbell. Does that sound like it would be adequately wide enough? Now im wondering if maybe im not going wide enough. I dont have long arms nor am i tall (probably just average i'd guess in both areas), if that has anything to do with it. I am sitting alot lower than i would for conventional.
Strongly considering eliminating all benching and doing the seated military presses twice a week. Its really the one glaring weakness i have and i know my bench will never get to where i want it until i improve my front delt strength. Its definitely a limiting factor. Im thinking i wont go back to benching until im able to do 185...might take 3 or 4 weeks...then ill go back to doing it once a week and re-instate bench day.
Oh by the way i have to do them seated because my basement ceiling is too low!
