Post by Dean » Tue Jun 27, 2006 12:51 am

If a muscle group still aches two days after training should you not train it, should I wait until it has stopped aching?

Thanks D

You can train it. If however you notice you lose strength, that could indicate you need another day of rest.

Probably not a good idea, especially if it's a regular thing. Too easy to overtrain that way, and it is possible to overtrain a specific muscle group.
