Roughly the same here - I take 1 x 1200mg (684mg DHA+EPA per) every meal, with an extra at breakfast. That's 6 a day, for around 4g of DHA/EPA and 7200mg total.

Who knows if that's how much I need or not.

I take one 1200 mg capsule a day (most days), totaling 600mg EPA+DHA.

I had no idea that some of you were taking so much fish oil! I wonder if I should be taking more...?

Stu, i'm curious as to how much you eat per week. Like 3 or 4 times a week?

If you are going to take fish oil or some other O3 supplement, go for the maximum DHA. That's the component that has the biggest benefit especially for the brain and vision. EPA may help for depression but in general it's less important. Besides fish, grass fed organ meat is a good source.
