I'm 188 lbs and follow a strength training routine. I get about 200 to 220 grams of protein a day. Is this enough for moderate growth?

I think that is enough for extreme growth pending your exercise program.
I think 1gram per lb. bodyweight is usually overkill by itself so I am sure you are getting enough.

Thanks for the reply. I'm currently eating Morning, Midmorning, 1 hour Pre-workout, 30 min Post workout and Evening. Is this enough meals, or should I split it up into six meals? Thanks again.

If it fits your scheduled more often is better. Sometimes it isn't possible to eat that often though.
