I'm eating fish today. It is baking now. Half pound of orange roughy (similar to cod). Kind of radical for me to be having that instead of eggwhites, post lift. But I need to eat it fast before it goes bad.

It has to be on in the first place to turn off. Calorie math is only going to work if you crap into a blast furnace and measure the caloric output of that.

My roughy was not done in 15 mins at 350. Giving it another 7.

It tastes good and I cooked it all myself! Threw some tabasco, onion powder, garlic powder and lemon pepper on it, before baking. No butter.

I love baked fish. My favorite is white fish of some sort (cod, hoki, whatever) with pesto on top. Super simple to make and yummy. Or baked salmon with crumbled feta cheese on top. Good stuff.

I had some fresh thyme. Threw that on halfway through when I remembered it. Yum, yum.

I like to eat my salmon raw right out of the river, fresh and wiggily!

This thread is like reading someone's twitter about cooking.

I'm beginning to think ApolytonGP needs to start his own "Random Thoughts" Thread.

Why do you think I mentioned after Apolyton's first post I randomly said I ate fried chicken? There really wasn't a question in his first post. LOL.

I am cooking some breasts of chicken on the Foreman now. Pretty wild to be eating so much grown up food instead of eggwhites and nofat yogurt and such. Needed to use them up though...
