Just out of curiousity...I know you must combine plant proteins to make them complete, but which do you combine with which? I think its grains and beans or vegetable with seeds...but not sure. Anyone know?
Grains and legumes seem to compliment each other nicely, HOWEVER, nutritionist's disagree with this, but the nutritionists with a sports nutrition background seem to say that although it will present a complete amino profile, the bioavailability isn't that good, so fine, go ahead and do it, but don't rely on it as a sole source of protein.
