What, you've never been to the tea section of an Asian grocery store before? There are dozens of kinds of "slimming" teas on sale at any time.
The only one with any backing that I know of is green tea, which does seem to have some mild but real benefit in causing additional weight loss. Some of the others include ingredients meant to suppress appetite, which is probably how they work "better" than plain green tea.

And no, I don't hang out in the tea section of Asian groceries. I'm not really a tea person, and there aren't many Asian groceries either in PNG or in Idaho, where I tend to hang out when in the US.

i switched to green tea from coffee. mainly because i used to drink my coffee with 3 sugars and loads of milk, and about 6 mugs a day.
i've been

ing it for about 3 years now. i cant say i've noticed any dramatic effects from the tea. i suppose it does suppress the appetite. its supposed to aid digestion as well.

it hasn't come yet, but I'm convinced this is an elaborate spam strategy.
There is no way that many people with such similar names register and start posting in the same places about the same stuff at the same time.

getting cynical in your old age you lot! Perhaps there's just been a massive surge in interest in tea on internet forums...

There's nothing wrong, it's just that a bunch of people with similar names all showed up the same day in this one thread. It seems suspicious to me.

So what's your relationship to allison24 and caroline22?

Helena noticed this, and for some reason PMed me about it. I suppose she figured that because I'm a wizard I can do anything. I looked at the member list, and saw that about a dozen people with the same name pattern joined on the same day, and told Ironman, who found that they were all from the same IP address, and apparently deleted them from the face of the earth.
