I hope this helps to keep your motivation up. It's hard to stay motivated at times, but being able to look back and see progress is always good.
I remember being 19 and about the same weight as you. I would love to have that as a base to start from now, but sadly don't.
You seem to have some lofty goals. They are quite attainable, but will just take time (less time for you than me as you have youth on your side). I would recommend setting some smaller intermediate goals though. Meeting and exceeding a goal is a great way to stay motivated.
Good Luck..
Cliff

I insisted on "Andrew" when I was a kid, because it sounded more grown-up to me then. I had a job where the manager was named Andy, and he called be "Benny" (from my last name) to distinguish me from him. Fortunately, no one else there followed his example!Jebus wrote:lol my name up until 2008 has always been Andrew, but ever since I started my job in 2008, the supervisor introduced me to everyone as, "Andy," even though I told him my name was Andrew lol. And i'm glad he did that too.
Lol, I'm gonna start calling you Benny. ahh jk.Jungledoc wrote:I insisted on "Andrew" when I was a kid, because it sounded more grown-up to me then. Ever since that party, my right knee feels very weird. So I've been training my upper body only. Until today. Once I get to BC, before im in the military I'm just going to do rocky style workouts, not sure if theres an actualy name for that type of training but yeah...
I need to get a sand bag or something.
