I lifted yesterday which I forgot to post. Tho, it was a very light workout anyways, so reason to go into detail about it.
And today I did some 3-5 min runs and walks as well. Feels great to be outside doing so.

I'm gonna start keeping track of my "light" cardio time, which I haven't been doing at all recently. So today...
About an hour of mixed walking, light jogging.
Prolly go swimming for about 10 mins after work tonight.

I went swimming last night too, and tried to ease back into deadlifting after a long layoff. Here's what I did-
150 jump rope warm up
Deadlift-
