Actually, I have. Takes a bit getting used to though. A few years back, there was a guy by the name of Dr. Ken Leistner (Doctor of chiroparactic) who had a column in PLUSA, that actually wrote a column about the "Raw Meat Shake", and professed to having drank them regularly. Same thing as the tuna, but with a good cut of beef chuck or sirloin.

you guys are animals, you should be put down...

although to be honest I wish I could stomach a tuna smoothie, there must be loads of nutrition in them. I just could never bring myself to put something so horrific in my mouth

I'm going to take the plunge and make a meatza for my tea tonight. Wish me luck...

For those of you with a bit of a sweet tooth, I've just kinda found something that seems to work amazing.

Vanilla Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 Scoops 100% Optimum Nutrition Cake Batter Whey Protein
4 Egg whites
1 Whole Egg
Splenda to taste

Mix all of it up, little pam/oil in the pan, cook covered for a couple mins on medium - flip, eat.

This pretty much tasted like vanilla icing before I put it in the pan, it was quite amazing. I've done other protein types and this was probably the best one.

Also, I bought sugar-free strawberry syrup - 10 calories 4g sugar alcohols and that's it in it - together, this is pretty much dessert.

Approx. Total Macros:

450-500 calories

70g protein
6.5g fat
2-6g of carbs (Sugar alcohol doesn't really have the same effect as carbs, but I put it in here)

I'm sure you've seen similar recipes like this elsewhere, but vanilla + strawberry is just amazing. I might even try adding some actual vanilla extract when mixing them.
