Well, the plan was to do the challenge for the month of February. Let's do it again next year.

What about a challenge where we see how much we can improve the total weight lifted if you add your bench, squat and deadlift bests together?

That gives you young guys an advantage. If I can keep mine from going down, I'm good with that.

I'd say the fun of a challenge like this is to try something you wouldn't otherwise do. Improving those big three is something everyone already does anyway.
