So it's a matter of concentrating.

I think it's a fairly good meal even with the cream of celery. This is the nutritional information per serving. You'd have about a serving with the tuna and other stuff.
ENERGY 563 kJ (135 Cal)
PROTEIN 3.7 g
FAT - TOTAL 7.8 g
FAT - SATURATED 2.5 g
CARBOHYDRATE - TOTAL 12.4 g
CARBOHYDRATE - SUGARS 4.5 g
SODIUM 738 mg

It's actually fairly high salt hey... Didn't realise that.

Sorry Faina I thought you were going to tell us all about an amazing new product. Carry on...

Haha yeah i just saw that post and had no idea where it came from.

Seriously though is that cream of celery stuff bad? I thought those numbers looked pretty good. I put in one can which is about 3 times the serving values per 2 x 425gm can tuna and half celery and onion. Last night I had no rice. I have about a regular bowl sized serve... Australian regular bowl sized, not American...
I wanna get this right cause I tend to eat this about twice a week for dinner it's that awesome.

Most canned soup contains MSG, or similar substances. If that bothers you, you probably want to stay away from it.

Here's a recipe that has no MSG and you can make it in a blender. http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,2248,15 ... 03,00.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

yum

ballophun,
I'm not diet nazi purist by any means. However, I do make a point that if I'm going thru the trouble of shopping, cooking, and assembly, it's going to be "clean". I have a propensity for dining out. That's where I'll get my questionable food. "Louisiana Shrimp and Grits" ah... ok, I"ll order that, and tak just a little bit of the grits. And a bit of that sauce. Given 80% of what I eat comes from home, tight control leads to decent diet... well decenter than it used to be for sure.

oh man, Bojangles has their Pork Chop biscuit now linited time only...
After this month of sacrifice, I may learn that even 20% of the time, there is no room for restaurant biscuits. Vegetable lard is a given. Honestly they arent that great, just craveable
