Before exercising, especially when the said muscle is very important, I wouldn't do this. 10 seconds is way too long of a warm-up stretch. I would say 5 or less is better. You don't want to loose the tension on your muscle and let it relax. Also, the function of the muscles spindel(rubber band effect) is very important to keep alert. I took the precaution of disabling a certain user's ability to post links. That way when he is no longer in the newly registered group, he still will not be able to post links.
