I believe I've just 'invented' a new exercise, altough there might be other people who has used them. But I've never seen anyone mention it.
And I tought about Reversed Flyes: instead of spreading your dumbbells like you are a cross, you'd cross them over your body. And then you'd just do like you would do with flyes.
Would this be a good exercise to do for your back? And what muscles would be trained with them?

It sounds like rear delt laterals

I do them from time to time, but normally I do the barbell rear delt row with a wide grip.
as you probably figured out by now they work the posterior deltoids.
