Re the number of sets, I'll try to do one warm-up and two that I can do each at least 6 reps but no more than 12. Any more than that and I 'll be in the gym too long.
The rollouts are great for abs, obliques and the back muscles. Also for the hip flexors. The article I linked has almost every possible ab-exercise listed on the bottom chart. Check from there.

Got it and read it. A little abstruse for my level of knowledge but I'll look up the exercises in the chart. I'd forgotten about them when I posted the question. Thanks, Dub.
