Vague goals beget vague methods

Re: Erick's Log Comments
You have to time from the time the first one is born until the LAST one turns 18, and if you have a lot of kids, that can take a while! And sometimes they come back home. But it still flies by faster than you can imagine. Cherish every minute, take lots of photos and videos, build lots of rituals, customs and routines. Kids are the best thing.

Do you want a couple of mine?
Actually I've been a father for over 20 years and although there's more space in the house now that one's moved out, it's a hectic as ever, and I probably wouldn't want it any other way.

The empty nest is pretty empty when they are 7000 miles away. They don't drop in as often as I'd like!

Hey, I wanted to bump this and see if you are still in touch. How are things working out?nygmen wrote:Yeah man. Thanks for the concern.robertscott wrote:everything alright with you Erick? You've not logged a workout in a while, and I remember you saying something about getting tests done at a hospital. Hope everything's ok
Am I okay? Yeah. But things aren't right. I'm trying to get it fixed, but having problems with a DR that has her head up her ass.
I'll be writing up a decent description once I have some more answers. Right now it is all speculation and emotional responses to $h1t healthcare.

Got my boys working okay these days.
(Diet has played a HUGE roll, and mental state....)
Anyway, I'll write more later.

haha, months later.
She is 16+lbs now, 26 inches. She is in 9 month close at 6 months.
Can't believe it has been 6 1/2 months. Wow.

Hey, good to see you here! I was worried that we'd lost you. Now Robert and IM won't feel so alone when I ridicule body builders.
Glad that the little one is growing so well. You'll have her in the gym in no time, I'm sure!
