zjudy my opinion here, but I'd say the thermogenics, although I wouldn't really rely on either one. most people I know that take CLA are in it more for the addition of muscle rather than fat loss, simply due to the fact of the doseages required for maximal fat loss, and last time I checked, it was pretty expensive. Do some resarch on it. Start here.
