Re: Personal Best Log
Squat: 3x5x132.5kg (resetting to 125kg after this as form deteriorated)
Deadlift: 1x5x140kg (Grip was clsoe to faltering on last rep, 145kg might just do me in at this point!)

Re: Personal Best Log
Barbell Bent-over Row = 3 sets x 345 lbs for 8 reps*
I'm not sure if this is an 8RM, but either way I'm pretty happy with it.
* Performed at 45-degree angle, pulling to the waist with a medium overhand grip.

Squat 4x275lbs.
I've hit 315 for 1 rep before, but I've never done reps this high.

@shawn : Great job! Wish I could still do squats...
@Matt Z: your pulling power just blows me away. Amazing.

3 neutral grip chins with 25k extra weight added. Going to really beast the weighted chins and ty and get up to +40k by the end of the year.

What is your body weight Robert? Of course +25kg is pretty impressive in my book regardless of body weight, I was just wondering is all!robertscott wrote:3 neutral grip chins with 25k extra weight added. Going to really beast the weighted chins and ty and get up to +40k by the end of the year.

Re: Personal Best Log
That's damn good, I couldn't do a single pull/chin up at 113kg body weight and there's no way I could do 3 with 13kg added now!
