Deloading this week eh Phil? Lame...
Just kidding. What's the bench press challenge now then, first to 110? I reckon I could get that by the end of April

You're on. Any bench press improvement will be welcomed this end.
What if the Hokey Cokey really IS what it's all about?

I think you should elaborate on this training technique.Proper Knob wrote:19/4/12

Re: Phil's Journal Comments.
It's a new exercise fad i'm working on, no one squats in my gym (properly anyhow), so i thought if i introduced a few items of women's lingerie it might make it all a bit more appealing to the gym goers. No takers so far.Jungledoc wrote:I think you should elaborate on this training technique.Proper Knob wrote:19/4/12

Intriguing idea.

You bet!!!!robertscott wrote:so you always check out guy's asses at the gym eh Phil?

Nothing chuckles me more in a gym to see a guy with big shoulders, big arms, huge chest walking around on skinny little chicken legs with no glutes to be seen. That described everyone at the gym this morning.

Re: Phil's Journal Comments.
you prefer them to have full, pert buttocks?
There is actually a guy at my gym who has the upper body of a Mr Olympia and the tiniest, skinniest legs I've ever seen. It's weird, I didn't actually think anyone could let themselves get like that. He can curl more than he squats.

I found myself at work the other day admiring this guy in a pair of slacks, and you could tell/see he had some great legs/bum. He walked tall. I just knew he led the room whenever he entered. Chinos never looked so good.

I wouldn't say it's a matter of preference, it's jut a tell tale sign as to whether someone trains properly or not. Couple of guys in the gym today 'training' legs, i don't think a bead of sweat broke from there brow.robertscott wrote:you prefer them to have full, pert buttocks?

I've actually dropped hip thrusts because my glutes are way overdeveloped compared to my legs, so rest assured Phil, I'm not one of those guys. I'm voluptuous.
