You are talking about a general warm-up. That has been discussed ad nauseum here, and I doubt that you can find support for any of the points you make. 15 minutes of warm up are fine and enough. Why are you not trying to get academic reference yourself rather to rely upon others that may be irrelevant for your specifications.
