I copied it from a different website - I have no idea where on FB it was. Though I should do a PSA on my spelling. my for may? desturbing for disturbing. Wow

Actually, if you search for "friends don't let friends skip leg day" that picture would show up several times. That's how I found the picture I posted. I also found a screen capture suggesting that the individual was an army vet recovering from an injury.
