C2 Rower - 2k @10/10, 7:56.5, 207.0 Watts, 134 kcals

Just some rowing to get in a little cardio. Upped it to the maximum level just for a change. No difficulty maintaining my pace for the whole time. Next time I'm going to very slightly up the pace.

AM: MMA class. Spent the whole class doing ground with my coach, as everyone else wanted to do standup. Good class, especially because he ruthlessly pounds on the stuff I'm doing wrong and doesn't let me get away with anything sloppy.

Noon: 3/3/3+ day.

Warmup: Mobility drills (abbreviated set)

1a) DB Bench Press - 5 x 25, 5 x 35, 5 x 45, 3 x 55, 3 x 65, 3 x 75
1b) Pullup (pronated grip) - 3, 3, 7
1c) Band Pull-Apart - 3 x 40

PM: Some ab exercises (just to try them out, really).

Worked from 5:30 am to 8:00 pm, with a lot of breaks (people on vacation) but no break longer than an hour and change, mostly shorter. So I had to cut my workout short.

Bench Press - I barely had 3 x 75 in me. Remember I'm capped out at 75s at my gym so I couldn't go up. Good thing. Felt very heavy today.

Pullups - 7 is a recent PR.

BPAs - 100+ just because.

Abs - didn't have time until much later to do them, so I noodled around with some I'd seen the other trainer using (but hadn't yet done myself). Good stuff.

Basically aimed for heavier today, and less pressing.
