On Wednesday I squatted 322x10 ATG. New PR. Thought I was going to die. Today I'm going to hit 380 for three.
Thursday I pressed 155 for three. This was my previous tested 1RM. Did it with a shoulder injury.
On Saturday I pulled 370 for a triple. New PR. Deadlift is my most finicky lift. This coming Saturday I'm going to try to work up to 400 for a single.
Yesterday I close-grip benched 220 for a single. New PR. My bench sucks compared to other guys but everyone has a weakness. Sticking with close grip until my shoulder feels better.
Recently changed my diet to keto-style. I have tons of energy. Hopefully the gym results will continue...

Re: Personal Best Log
If I wanted isolation, I would be doing Bent-over Laterals instead of Rear Delt Rows. Personally, I think isolation is overrated.

OK I think he means it, he's not into isolation moves.
