Need to know how one can burn Off quickly While sleeping using Afterburn Exercises?

Afterburn is Alwyn Cosgrove's term for EPOC. Otherwise, what Dub said.

Maybe someday the bulletin board system we're using will add a "Like" button, so the OP could see everybody checking that for Dub's reply. Would be simplest and easiest way to say it: lift heavy things and sprint.

I have long thought it would be nice to have a like button. I'll check on that when I get time.
