New and need a little help!

I've just started training and working two jobs and I have to train an obese woman, Does any one have a 1 hour workout card?

This would help me so much, I've been swamped at my first job so not much time to review and put one together,

I'm going to cut to the chase and confess that I think *you* are the obese woman, but at any rate do you mean:

A) You just started learning how to exercise (I've just started training) and you have also just started working two jobs (you were previously only working one?) and on top of that you have taken on the task of teaching somebody (an obese woman) something you yourself have never done.

B) You just started learning how to exercise, but were already working two jobs, and you have taken on the task of teaching somebody something you yourself have never done.

A' and B' would be either A or B where you are the obese woman, so there are really only two facts being stated.

C) You just began a career as a personal trainer, which is now your third job, and your first client is an obese woman.

D) You just began a career as a personal trainer, which when combined with your day job means you now have two jobs, and your first client is an obese woman. If this is true, your statement that your first job is preventing you from giving your all at the second certainly makes sense.

I guess you just need to tell us what the obese woman's goals are and we can set you up. Oh, also please tell me which of the above interpretations is correct.

draymond31, welcome to the wonderful world of the ExRx forums. We're happy to help. Well, at least willing to help.

What Ken was saying is that you've got to give us a lot more information to go on in order for us to help. Some of us are working 2 jobs, too. Or one really hard one. So tell us about your obese "friend".

Never mind all those guys. They're just a bunch of lunatics that got onto this forum back before we were more selective. Just find and answer the serious questions and we'll try to help.
