i did 10x10m (almost no rest only walking back to start, but i think 5x10m would have been enough), 5x25m (1 min. rest), 5x50m (1 min. rest) + the bodyweight circle. and 5 min each to run to the location and back home. it took me about 40 min. it was hard, but good. i can recommend this, if you want to train outside some days and not every time in the gym, and to improve your speed.

i'm going to make a deload week for squats. i made many runs and sprint training the last weeks and couldn't improve for a few weeks at squats, but at all other exercises. i'm going to do one week with 50% weight of the 5rm with 12 reps. so oscar, you were right...
