OH squat 225 x 2
OH squat 245 x 1

I got greedy and tried for a second single of 245. It went down... and didn't come back up.

I think these gains are mostly technique related rather than strength increase. Feel like I'm getting close to my strength limit though.

Very shaky in the over head position at that weight. As soon as I start moving down though things steady out. Usually have to pause at the bottom, balance, then push out of the hole.

The results of the "Accidental" Deadlift session:
2 x 160kg

Take note that on 1st of December I got my huge 1RM of 155, and couldn't get 157kg up. I would reckon that the new block periodization plan has given my gains a nice boost.

Ignore my question in your journal comments where I ask if this is a PR

Congrats! I know you have been working hard toward this for some time.

Awesome Doc, you set the bar for all of us. I'm 40 years younger and I can't even bench that yet!
