If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If you're happy with the results of your current workout, stick with it. When you're not happy with the results is when you need to make changes.

The two main reasons people quit their exercise routines are boredom and injury. So don't discount having a positive attitude when you step into the gym. Motivated people have better workouts, which leads to better results.

Combining front squats with back squats is a sound training strategy. Back squats allow you to use more weight, but the front squats put more relative force on the quads(and less on the glutes and lower back). Before leg presses became popular, bodybuilders used front squats to bulk up their quads without bulking up their @$$es.

Using dumbbells for pressing is also a smart idea, since they work balance and the stabilizer muscles more than barbells.

Sorry again for the misunderstanding. But don't spend a whole lot of time over-analyzing your workouts. Just give it your best shot, and have fun doing it.
